The short version: the price you approved is the price on the invoice. The rest is detail.
THE ESTIMATE IS THE PRICE
The price we send you in writing is the price on the invoice. If we find something else once the car is apart, we stop and you approve the difference in writing before we continue.
DIAGNOSIS AND SAME DAY
A computer diagnosis is $119 and comes off the bill if we do the repair. Same-day work costs the same written price. An after-hours tow adds $40, and you are told that on the phone first.
PAYMENT
Card, cash or a fleet account. Repairs over $1,500 pay 30% when you approve, the rest at pickup. Tires and dealer-only parts are itemized on the estimate and approved by you first.
WARRANTY
Parts and labor on every repair are covered for 24 months or 24,000 miles, whichever comes first. Wear items like wiper blades and brake pads are covered for defects, not for wear.
STORAGE
Pick the car up within three days of our call. After that, storage is $20 a day, and we call before the first day is charged.
