WHAT WE KEEP
Your name, phone number, the car, its VIN and mileage, and the work we did on it. That is what a shop needs to fix the right car and honor the warranty.
WHY WE KEEP IT
To call you back, to text an estimate, to invoice, and to honor the warranty on the parts we fitted. Nothing else.
WHO SEES IT
The service desk, the technician on your car and our accountant. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to advertisers.
HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Estimates for one year. Invoices and repair records for seven years, because the warranty and the IRS both need them.
YOUR RIGHTS
Ask us what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it. Write to service@cimarronauto.com and you get an answer within 30 days.
